How Does it Work?

All our researcher requires to get started is a name! Of course the more information you can provide the better - even if it is just rumour.

Once you have chosen a package and made payment you need to just email the deatails that you do have and we will do the rest!

Details that are considered useful could include (but not limited to):

• Full name or Surname
• Enlistment Number
• Names of next of kin
• Battalion name
• Theatres of War
• Last known address
• Date of Birth

Then What?

Once information has been gathered it will be put together in the display format as per your package. It will then be mailed out to you.

This whole process should take 4-6 weeks, however it may take longer if certificates have been requested. If there are any delays you will be informed immediately.

Then your story is yours to enjoy!
